Meet New Board Member – Annie Post

Officiating:  I have been an official for 13 years!  I started because I wanted to spend extra time with my sister, Holly Annen, and she said how much fun she always had so I said why not?  Then she switched over to start coaching a few years but I just keep judging because I love the relationships and friends that I have made over the years.

Significant Other:  Andy Post – we have been married 8 years this summer!   We met in college at Grand Valley State University.  We quickly found out that we born in the same hospital 10 days apart…weird right?  But about a year after I was born my family moved to Vicksburg so we didn’t meet until we were both at Grand Valley living in the same apartment complex.

Kids:  We have three handsome little boys! Jack is 5.5, Connor is 4 and Grant will be 2 at the end of July.  They keep us SUPER busy and on our toes!  They have started to play sports and we now run from a baseball field to a soccer on the weekends.  I am excited to see what all they dip their toes into and I absolutely love being a ‘boymom’.  We also have a dog and his names is Dierks.

Growing up:  I grew up in Vicksburg, MI, where I was in Competitive Cheer all through high school.  I also ran track, cross country and played tennis.  I have 2 older sisters that were both in Competitive Cheer as well.  Both of my sisters have coached Competitive Cheer and my one sister was a judge for a long time before that which is why I started judging.

Job:  I work in HR at our local hospital in Coldwater and I have been there for almost seven years.

Hobbies/Interests:  I absolutely love spending time with my family, running, and being out on the lake!  We love college sports, especially football, so the fall is super fun and competitive around the house with my husband teaching the boys to be Notre Dame fans but I am a Spartans fan -so it gets feisty!  My husband also farms outside of work so the boys are helpful little farmhands and we are ALWAYS talking about tractors and trucks.
